Overview:
Éducation Française Greater Seattle (EFGS) is a community-focused organization offering educational resources and programs for French-speaking families. Their existing website and social media presence needed a refresh to improve usability, align with updated branding, and better engage current and prospective families.
Problem:
The original website was difficult for families to navigate, with outdated branding and a structure that made accessing information challenging. Additionally, the organization lacked cohesive social media templates, limiting their ability to maintain consistent branding across platforms.
Solution:
A comprehensive redesign of the WordPress website was implemented to create a user-friendly, visually engaging, and responsive platform tailored to the needs of French-speaking families. To support outreach efforts, a set of Canva social media templates was developed, ensuring consistent branding and flexibility for future edits.
The client emphasized the importance of making the entire website user-friendly, with a particular focus on the homepage. While the homepage was the primary priority, significant updates were also made to the classes section. Previously scattered across multiple pages, all classes are now consolidated into a single, streamlined page. Flip boxes were implemented, allowing users to simply hover over each class to view more details, making it easier for prospective parents to explore all options at a glance.
